Magnífico apartamento y maravillosa atención por parte de todo el personal a cargo del mismo. El apartamento es precioso, está equipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar, un estupendo servicio de limpieza y tiene una ubicación en una zona fantástica de Bruselas. Una experiencia inmejorable en todos los sentidos.

We were quite impressed with the amazingly great location, and I have fond memories of my morning 3 minute walk to Paul\'s bakery for absolute wonderful pastries! Your property was so very clean and inviting. I really enjoyed the spaciousness and the european decor you are responsible for. The upscale appliances made the kitchen very accommodating - you left nothing out! I also enjoyed your maid service and the all the additional touches you offered, including walking us through the city to the Farmer\'s Market! The appartment is right in the middle of the hip area. The appartment itself is very well furnished and very trendy with its massive kitchen in the middle of the appartment. Perfect for an apero with friends.
The service is very professional. Mrs. Yasmina is excellent, helpful, proficient and extremely punctual. We would surely stay in one of Welcome 2 Belgium's appartment.

I just had to write to tell you what a lovely time we had in this fantastic flat. Although we would never hang the front of a pink Cadillac in our diningroom we loved spending a week in that style. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen had so many useful things in it. Everything was luxuriously proportioned. The location was wonderful. Despite the nearly constant drizzle, we were able to walk to things most easily. The book of information and suggestions was brilliant as well. The garage was incredibly handy as we drove from London. I really can't think of anything to complain about and I am apt to be critical. Thank you.

I was fortunate enough to stay in the apartment for the entire month of May 2012 , with nine friends visiting - each for about a week at a time.
About a year before my stay I was able to view the apartment, along with several others, and selected this apartment for many reasons - its superb location, its ample size, the fully equipped and modern kitchen, modern and large bathrooms, and tasteful but comfortable furnishings.

But most of all I selected this apartment because of the warmth and hospitality of Sophie from Welcome2France, who greeted me when I was "apartment searching." Fortunately Sophie was also in Brussels during my stay in May, and by the end of the month I felt as if my stay was being hosted by a friend and not just a corporation. Sophie was extremely
responsive to the few needs I identified or questions I had, and she clearly took great pride in maintaining a beautiful *and *functional apartment.

The twice-a-week maid service was a wonderful surprise - particularly because I had so many guests coming and going. The location of the apartment could not have been better. The apartment is located less than two blocks from several small grocery stores, two wonderful patisseries, Zaabar chocolates (where you can make your own on certain days!) and access to Brussels' outstanding public transportation network. Although there was a parking space available for a car we did not need a car because we were able to travel anywhere within Brussels by foot (the best way!) or by bus, metro or tram.
The tram trip through the Bois de la Cambre to the little village of Tervuren is a little-known but beautiful trip, past beautiful mansions and through lovely wooded areas. And, the local

Belgian train system provides a comfortable, fast and inexpensive way to take day trips
to other beautiful cities in Belgium - including Bruges, Ghent (my favorite) and Antwerp. We also were able to easily manage a day trip to Paris on TGV.

I will not hesitate to recommend Welcome2France or Welcome2Brussels to *anyone* who asks, and hope to visit Paris soon to see whether it is possible for Welcome2France to match the hospitality I experienced in Brussels.

Great well appointed apartment in a great location. Bakery, supermarket, and very good restaurants al within walking distance. Tram stop and Metro station within 2-5 minute walk. . Need another blind to block out the other window in front bedroom

The apartment itself exceeded our expectations in terms of location and amenities. Unfortunately, our originally booked apartment was not available at the last minute due to a maintainance issue and we were put into this upgraded apartment for an additional fee. Also, the one and only elevator broke during our last day and was quite a chore lugging our luggage down the stairs.

Our family of four stayed a week at the Louise Stephanie I apartment. The welcome was warm, efficient and our host was extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself is such a pleasure to be in, every comfort and a large sofa to watch the enormous television from whilst watching the snow fall outside. Slept like a log every night, extremely quiet considering such a central location a few minutes walk from the metro station and shopping area. Also very easy to walk to other areas from the apartment. Thoroughly recommend.

We were a group of four girlfriends traveling together - this apartment could not have been more perfect for us! We were delighted with the beautiful accommodations, which had everything we could have possibly wanted, including a rooftop terrace for our evening cocktail hour. Sophie was delightful, and a huge assist in helping us get our bearings. The location was great - within walking distance of many good restaurants and the sights we wanted to see. Highly recommended!

We are a family of five travelling with three children and it is always
difficult to find an upscale modern spacious environment to stay in at a
reasonable rate.

We were extremely happy with the service received from Welcome2france and
wish that we discovered your website when searching for an apartment while
staying in Paris.

Everyone was extremely accommodating meeting us on our arrival, answering
our calls and patiently providing directions as we tried to locate the
apartment.

The apartment is beautifully appointed and the photos on the website gave a
true idea of what to expect, however when we arrived the tour exceeded our
expectations since the generous size of the apartment could not be
experienced through pictures.

We did not use the upstairs room and terrace given that we had a child under
the age of 5 and did not want to encourage her going up and down the stairs
which would not be safe given the loft-like openness but the upstairs space
was just as lovely as downstairs.

The apartment was in a nice area allowing us to walk to the market, shops
and eateries which were all close by.

Since we drove our own rental car the onsite parking was especially
convenient along with the laundry facilities, security camera/buzzer for
building access and free internet.

The beautiful windows opened to views of the city streets below and closed
out the sounds nicely when needed.

I only wish we were able to stay longer!

Perhaps the only drawback was the tight schedule between our family leaving
and new guests arriving. It was a bit rushed with the guest coming in to
view the apartment and leave their luggage before our checkout time, that
would have been the only area of dissatisfaction.

We would definitely use Welcome2france again!

" The place is perfect, much better than in photos. I have enjoyed my staying there. It feels like home. The staff is so welcoming. There is a parking place also.
Cons: If you invite friend that smoke make sure they do not smoke even in the balcony"

We enjoyed this apartment a great deal. We spent 18 days in it and It became a true home for us in Brussels. The management company did an excellent job making sure all our travel needs were accommodated in the best possible way. The apartment itself was very comfortable, all the amenities were in excellent order, private car parking was very convenient. Grocery store, bank, public transportation are just a few steps away. The Louise/Stephanie area is one of the best place to be in Brussels. Having a cleaning service and a great babysitter for our 5-year old son made our stay here extra special. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend this apartment and this company to everyone considering a stay in Brussels.

FABULOUS APARTMENT, LOCATION, and EXPERIENCE. We couldn't rate it more highly. Beautiful, tasteful, modern decoration in pristine condition. Great shopping and dining nearby, as well as some of the major "destinations" of the Sablon and Grand Place. Exceptional experience in every way.

"Wonderful Stay in Brussels"
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. only regret I have is not being able to fully utilize the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with the latest appliances.
Sophie is terrific, she was there to answer all our questions and helped made our stay in Brussels truly memorable. Darlene.
